If you have a work related injury:

(1) If it is an emergency, CALL 911

(2) If it is NOT a emergency, you are required to immediately report the injury to your supervisor,

(3) Complete a TNCSA incident report (whether medical attention is needed or not),

** You may call the State of TN Workers Compensation Program Workplace Injury Call Center at (856)245-8588. Employee and Supervisor select option 1 to speak to a nurse for immediate care. Select option 2 for First Notice of Loss reporting (assigns a incident/claim number).

*If you need medical treatment for a work related injury, you MUST be seen by a workers compensation provider; the Call Center can assist you with locating a provider. If medical attention is received, MAKE SURE YOU INFORM THE FACILITY/PHYSCIAN THAT IT IS A WORKERS COMPENSATION APPOINTMENT.
