3. Name the folder what you want and press Enter

Under Email Filters, click Add New Filter for your.name@tncsa.com 6. Setup as follows for forwarding email from a disabled email account (or however fits your particular need): When email [TO] [CONTAINS] [Persons Email Address That Is Forwarded To You]. Match [Any] of the above. Move it to folder: [name of folder spelled and capitalized exactly the same as you made it] If this filter matches [Execute and stop] Here are screenshots of what you should see when you follow the above steps.
Outlook Folder Sync: 1. Open Outlook 2. In the left hand pane, right click your account name (for the imap account- it should be above Inbox) 3. Click IMAP Folders… 4. Click Query 5. Find the file name in the list, select it, and click Subscribe, Apply, and OK.
Here are Outlook version specific instructions should you need them.
It should now be in sync with Outlook. If you suspect there should be items there, but they aren’t, go check that folder in Webmail to make sure they are there. If they are, check these steps again and if you are still stuck, contact the help desk.
