Setting Up (& Editing) Your Email Signature
I've attached a video below that walks you through changing out our photo in your signature. Note that you will need to select your folder name rather than mine (as mine won't be on your computer). You can use this link to resize your image (so that it isn't too big to send): http://www.internetmarketingninjas.com/seo-tools/favicon-generator-crop-images/

1. Open a blank email (as if you were going to email someone)
2. Click the Signature button in the top ribbon
3. Click Signatures...
4. Select the signature you want to edit in the top left hand pane (you should have one for new email and one for forwards and replies)
5. In the bottom pane, type inline with the information you want to edit and use the delete key to delete the outdated content.
*Be careful not to adjust rows of information on your main signature. If you mess up, just click the cancel button and repeat the steps above.
