Move Your Email Contacts From One PC To Another

To export your contacts, do the following: 1. In Outlook, click File 2. Choose Open & Export on the left column 3. Choose Import/Export 4. Choose Export to a file 5. Choose Comma Separated Values 6. Click Next 7. Find your contacts folder and select it 8. Click Next 9. Select a place to save it (I'd choose browse and save it to your desktop) 10. Make sure a check is in the box next to Export "Contacts"... and choose Finish

To Import those into another Outlook program, do the following: 1. In Outlook, click File 2. Choose Open & Export on the left column 3. Choose Import/Export 4. Choose Import from another program or file 5. Choose Comma Separated Values 6. Click Browse to navigate to the contacts file (that I recommended you have on your desktop so you could easily find it for this step) 7. Check Replace duplicates with items imported or do not import duplicate items depending on your preference 8. Click Next 9. Find your Contacts folder in the list and select it 10. Click Next Follow the prompts and Finish. Now you should have your contacts back in Outlook.
