Partners For Health has published some very good information regarding the need for medical care NOW. All fulltime employees may have received this information via email; however, I wanted to also post the information on our website.

The attachments below are regarding the 2025 benefits. They include: 2025 benefit rate sheet, a comparison chart to show the difference in what the current rates are versus the 2025 health insurance rates, and an annual enrollment guide.

**Annual Enrollment, which is thru the month of October, is the ONLY TIME YOU CAN MAKE CHANGES to your health and/or vision unless you have a special qualifying event (marriage, divorce, loss of coverage, etc.). CHANGES MADE WILL BE EFFECTIVE 1/1/25.

If you want to make changes, an Enrollment Change Application must be completed and returned to Mitzi Bruner no later than 4:30pm, Friday October 25, 2024. If you DO NOT want to make changes - there's nothing you need to do. Your current selections will continue in 2025.
