Taking a Name Badge Photo? Here's the Guide...

Note the photo. The black circle with the cross hairs is the center of the image. The bars are guides. See how the majority of the head shows up in the center of the photo? That's how you should frame photos for the name badge. Always leave room at the top, bottom, and sides for the software to crop the image down to a square for our name badges.

Contacts Won't Auto-Populate After Getting New PC! (WORKAROUND)

When we migrate your contacts over from one PC to another (assuming you've added your contacts to Outlook), the auto-populate function doesn't go with it. You have to add the address to the TO: line at least once. Here's a quick work around to get your autocomplete back up in no time!


Create a new message addressed to all your contacts at once (there's no need to actually send this message).

1. Create a new message.

2. Press the To… button.

3. Select the contact list in the right top corner from which you would like to add the contacts from. (Examples; Contacts folder, Global Address List (GAL) or a contacts folder in a Public folder. )
