Division of Intellectual Disabilities Services (DIDS):
DIDS is a division of Finance and Administration. This division provides the guidelines under which the ISC program operates. For defacto answers to policy questions or issues concerning quality of service, etc. look here first.
Department of Human Services (DHS):
DHS is where you would need to visit to set up food stamps, rental assistance, SSI, SSA, or become a representative payee for a service recipient.
Social Security Administration:
Social Security Administration delivers services through a nationwide network of over 1,400 offices that include regional offices, field offices, card centers, teleservice centers, processing centers, hearing offices, the Appeals Council, and our State and territorial partners, the Disability Determination Services.
